TERMS OF USE AGREEMENT
Snack Salad Inc. values your business and is looking forward to building a long relationship with you. In accordance with this relationship, Snack Salad agrees to comply with all of the terms of this agreement, and requires that all consumers who use this site comply with these terms, as set forth below:
Voluntary Participation: All remarks, suggestions, ideas, graphics or other information that you communicate to us through our website, or through participating in any of our focus groups, events or promotions (other than information we promise to protect under our privacy policy) becomes and remains the property of Snack Salad, even if this agreement is later terminated. In that regard, Snack Salad has the right to use all such information for any purpose, including developing, manufacturing or marketing of any kind, worldwide, in perpetuity, without acknowledgement of you, payment of compensation to you, or any other obligation to you.
Intellectual Property Rights: All trademarks, logos, service marks, and images displayed on Snack Salad's website, or in any material provided to you by Snack Salad are either the property of, or used with permission by Snack Salad. Nothing contained on the site or in Snack Salad's materials should be construed as a license for you to use any such marks, logos, and/or images. Any unauthorized use of such marks, logos and/or images may violate copyright laws, trademark laws, the laws of privacy and publicity, and communications regulations and statutes. In this regard, Snack Salad maintains the right to enforce its intellectual property rights to the fullest extent of the law.
No Warranties or Liability: Neither Snack Salad nor any other party who assisted in creating this site or making it available to you is liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damage that you may suffer from your access to or use of the site, including any viruses that may arise from your use of this site in any manner.
